I'm fortunate to only have ran into an issue one time out of the many, but with that being said I make sure to take pictures and videos just in case.

Let's all be positive. I always take video and pictures of me boxing my old one up. It literally saved me last trade in!

I just reset mine and videoed boxing it up. Is there any issue that it has the beta software on it? I didn't even think of that before I sealed everything up.

Some of the warehouses that were getting your trade ins said phones were damaged or had this or that wrong with them when they, in fact, did not.
