I have the DNA and my husband has the note 2. In my opinion, they are comparable in speed, but note has better battery and DNA has a better screen. The note 2 has expandable memory, but it doesn't have inductive charging and touchwiz is atrocious. Also, the note 2 feels too large to use as an everyday phone as it doesn't fit in my jeans, doesn't fit in the cupholder in the car, and feels huge on the side of my face. The construction is also noticably less premium than the DNA. If you're a gamer, a 5.5" screen would be awesome, but the 1080p of the DNA offers an even greater experience. If you work in an office, the note has great multitasking capabilities and the spen. But for an everyday average user who wants a fast phone and an awesome screen, the dna is a great piece of phone hardware and software wise.
