trading sg3 for nexus

Like the title says I'm thinking about trading my galaxy s3 for a Samsung galaxy nexus with a friend he's also adding a Asus 7 inch tablet I want to say its the nexus 7 tablet what do you guys think will I regret using the galaxy nexus

Is it a Galaxy Nexus or a Nexus 4? If not a Nexus 4, I wouldn't do it...

so the camera is really that bad i havent been able to play with one before, and no its the samsung galaxy nexus for verizon

I loved my nexus but the battery life was horrible. It also dropped a lot of calls and froze/restarted a lot.

My s3 doesn't have any of those problems. I wouldn't trade.

yea thats what i figured just really like the pure google experience versus the ugly touch wiz

Spend $200 on the Nexus 7 tablet, and root/unlock your SGSIII and load an AOSP/AOKP ROM - problem solved.

When you said you were trading for a Nexus I thought you meant Nexus 4. I don't know why you'd trade for a Galaxy Nexus. That's previous generation technology... like SGS2 level with a crappy camera. I wouldn't do it.

Galaxy nexus has terrible battery life well that's if your trading for the vzw nexus

Galaxy Nexus camera is horrible. Way worse then the GS3 camera.

Then get a Nexus 4. Don't trade for a Galaxy Nexus, your friend would be getting a great deal with that trade.
