hi i just noticed that all my contacts on my phone arent saved on my gmail account is there a simple way to export them,thanks im not very good at this stuff so the simpler the better
Thanks for the tip but It didnt work tried a couple times when I go export to gmail from sd card the file only says one contact ,then I sync to gmail and the number of contacts in gmail is the same.1. People App----->Menu--------->Export to SD Card. (remember the file name).
2. People App----->Menu--------->Import from SD Card to your Gmail account on phone.
3. Sync with Gmail.
4. Create a new Contact on Phone and select save to Gmail. make sure this is the default action from now on. (not "Phone").

Sorry for what most will see as dumb question... but HOW do you do #3 "sync with Gmail"?
Settings -> Accounts & Sync -> click on your Gmail account -> click Sync Contacts
That's all you have to do.
