Tranferring contact photo id's

None of my contact's photo id's have tranferred... How are you all doing it?

i used google sync .. it added all my contacts with photos. and calender,

Thanks, but I was talking about the photos I have in Outlook associated with each contact. When I synched through Gmail, it didn't do it. Same with HTC synch.
