AC Question

i dropped my phone and the screen went out. at the time it was still connected to my cars bluetooth and was still playing music and receiving calls and sounding perfect in my calls. also when i charge is the led light comes on and when it is fully charged the led turns green. i got the replacement phone in the mail but i dont want to lose my media. when i connect the phone to the computer it doesnt even pick up that it is connected. i had just gotten that phone from a previous malfunction on the s4 and transferred all the images videos text and contacts from it. i am new to gmail and google drive and did not have the chance to back up and didnt know to back up all of that.
please help what can i do to save this data from being lost.

Welcome to Android Central! Does that USB cable work with your other devices? If not, try a different cable.

Is there any way to connect via Bluetooth using the computer without having to accept the connection with your phone?

I'm afraid you might be stuck. You'd probably have to get either the screen or the microUSB port replaced first. Options to connect wirelessly to the phone would require you to do something on the phone.

I don't have direct experience with this, but based on what I've seen on this and other forums, it might range from $100 to $200.
