Transfer files from old phone

Not sure if this is the right forum...

I got the new Bionic, and my old phone was the Palm Pre Plus for Verizon. Since the Pre didn't have a memory card, Verizon needed something "bluetooth" to transfer my contacts and pictures, but ended up not having it at the store.

Does anyone know how I can transfer my contacts/pictures, anything else from my Palm Pre Plus to the Droid Bionic??
