Transfer of iBooks

Is it possible to transfer iBooks to the Android for the use in the Aldiko app?

Easy solution is not likely. I think it would be a very complicated process.

I think there's about no chance of that. Unless there comes a time where Apple decides to stop producing their iDevices, they'll never license out that technology. It's one way to keep people in their iOS ecosystem.
