Transfer Whatsapp data from Windows phone to Android phone

Hi,

I would like to know how I can transfer my whatsapp data to my Android phone?

I know that the FAQ on whatssapp says that they don't provide the function to transfer the data.

Has someone succeeded in transfering his whatsapp data from WP to Android?

Transferring WhatsApp chats/data from any platform to the other is just not possible. You can find fake guides on Google which will never work.

I recently changed my old and broken Nokia Windows Phone with an Android one and I found some nice application to transfer my WhatsApp content to Android, "Import That App messages from Windows Phone": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leonardocezary.transfer.thatapp.message. It did a good job and I was guided step-by-step through the process.
