transfering contacts from iphone

How do I transfer my contact numbers from itunes to my s5? I don't have the iphone anymore. contacts are not saved to sim.

Did you have an I cloud account? If so, log into I cloud on a computer, select all contacts, then click the gear on the I cloud screen and select export. If you have a Google account, log onto Google and import your contacts. I hope this works for you.
