Transfering Video not working

So ive transfered over the USB two formats of video, mp4 and avi, and they dont show up anywhere on my device. I read that they will only show up in the gallery app, however there is no gallery app on my device.... i go under apps, and there is no icon for gallery, only personal video, which my files are not located. Any ideas? Its easy to transfer video on any of my other android devices, whats the problem here?

They work for me. If you convert them to the right mp4 format and put them in your videos folder from your computer. Them they show up in the "personal videos" gallery.

Download MX Player. They work for the video formats I transferred to the device without converting.

I grabbed an App off the Amazon store called Vplayer..free for a week but then you have to buy the unlock Key for ?3+ I just connected my KFHD to my PC copied an AVI file and pasted it to the Movie folder...after a few seconds I opened Vplayer and It was in there pressed play and away I went..I've copied 4 films on to there now all AVI and all played fine.
