transferring apps/data to SD card

Hi,
First, I'm Gastrognome and I'm a tab-aholic.
Whatever.
I have a 32Gb micro SD card that mounted correctly and is recognized by the device. However, I don't have the button "Move to SD card" like I do on my Android GB and ICS phones. Any suggestions?

On a tablet I do not believe that is an option. there is an app (App2SD I think) but I remember hearing it does not work with the latest ICS and people are waiting for the developer to update.
