Transferring everything to new N7

What's the best/easiest method to transfer all my stuff from my N7 2012 to my N7 2013?

Your Google account will still be tied to your apps so you can reload those from the play store. GMail, YouTube, etc are cloud based so information will just come down. Any files that you have locally can be pushed to Google Drive. Is there anything specifically that you want to xfer?

Thanks jerrykur! I was thinking that would be the easiest way, but wanted to check. Nothing really specific/special to transfer. Thanks again.
