Transferring files to phone via p.c.

I'm just trying to transfer my backed up files from my computer to my Galaxy S7 Edge. I'm using a cloud storage app called Degoo, they wont respond so I wanted to post here just in case someone could help. The files come up fine but when I try to download them onto my phones SD card through it keeps saying Folder name is Invalid. I looked all over the Degoo website and I'm pretty sure i am doing it right. I bring up my phone info on the computer, it's hooked up via USB, i click on SD card as a destination and it gives me the error message mentioned earlier. I tried various destinations and none of them worked. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Did they say that users can download files directly to SD card? What are the various destinations you have tried? Have you tried downloading files to phone memory or computer, then do the ransfer?
