Transferring SPlanner content from S5 to S6 Edge

How do I transfer the appointments in my calendar (splanner) on my S5 to my S6? I have managed to transfer all my other data bt cannot work this one out. Thanks in advance

The smart switch app by Samsung works great

If you have backed them up on google or samsung account, it should be automatic. Once you enter your account info you should get something asking if you want to restore backup. When I get a new phone, all my calendar info & contacts are transferred. To edit them I have to go into google.
