Transformer Infinity won't sync to PC

My Transformer Infinity is plugged to my PC via the supplied USB cable. The PC lists the Infinity as a "Portable device." I've installed ASUS Sync on PC; it's also loaded on the Infinity. Here's the problem: the Infinity won't recognize the PC for synching and the PC won't recognize the Infinity for synching.

Any help on what's wrong?
