Re: Transition from iP5 to N4
Im an android guy but I see the appeal of apple phones. Yeah there isnt as much customization, but that also makes things simpler, and for the OS to run much more smoothly on iphones. Use an iphone and an android next to each other and you will see that despite always having much better specs on paper, IOS is almost always the faster and smoother overall experience. Theres no lag or jutter like on every android phone (though small it is these days). Thats what you get when the software is optimized for one piece of hardware only. You get a buttery smooth experience.
It also arguably has a cleaner and more elegant look, which is a big deal to some people. Not to mention, despite resolutions not matching up to many android OEMs, their screens and cameras are always quite beautiful.
But for me personally, these pros dont outweigh the cons for me (no expandable storage, less features and customization, very vanilla experience for higher relative price). So Ive always chosen android.
There are pros and cons to Iphones and android. But some things are just cold facts.
In a lot of ways, iPhone is just no way nearly as good as other phones, no matter how many good reviews it gets.
For example, the option to customize is better than not to. Androids give two in one, whereas Apple gives you no option.
