Transparent notification on screen??

I'm seeing this on both my S10 and my tab S6 so it is not specific to the s10. When I'm in a screen or program and I get a notification of an email or something along those lines, the notification is clear or transparent so I can't read it very well if the color that is in the background matches the color of the text. I keep trying to figure out how to make it opaque so that I can read whatever notification I'm getting. Does anybody in the hive mind know how to rectify this issue? I only see this on the bubbles or notifications I get while I'm in a program. Thanks in advance.

I have seen that on my keyboard or when I click on some emails the text is white on white. Very annoying

It is a problem. I highlight the text as if selecting it to copy, and then it's easier to read. But, not a fix. Good luck

Just dark. Not much of a theme and never had this before. Or never came up enough to ask. Tablet is on 10 and phone 11.

Is it dark with high contrast in galaxy theme store ?

Nope system dark theme.

I can try but it's a transient notification it goes away. I don't know if I can catch it.

No. This is the transient notification that goes away on your main screen.
