Transparent status bar

I just got my s4. I restored my apps from titanium. Now my status bar is not transparent anymore and looks grsyish/black like on my note 2. How can I get it to be transparent again?

I've noticed that the status bar is only transparent when I'm using the built in wallpapers either static or live. If i switch out wallpapers from something like Wallbase it becomes black/grayish.

Not sure about S4, but Note2 and S3 can get transparent status bar now, have a look on this article: How To: Transparent Status Bar in Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 - TechZimo
