Does anyone know how to empty the trash bin in gmail on a xoom? Thanks much

You can't do a bulk delete in the app. You will have to use the browser and sign in to your Gmail.

Actually you can empty the Trash or Spam folders quite easily. After opening your gmail on the tablet, choose the folder you wish to empty, then, in the upper right hand of your screen you will see the three dots that indicate settings, press this button. This will bring up several options, including the option to empty the folder. Pressing this will delete the contents of the folder. By the way, the trash folder will automatically empty after 5 days.
