TrblShoot 70kb Shared JPEG Email Fails

Whatever AT&T / Note 5 Pkg Email setup is I've got Hotmail (@ hotmail.com) and AT&T (@ bellsouth.net) Email configured.
I simply cannot Send an email via 70kb JPG Insurance card/ Share/ address it in Hotmail and AT&T -- and All attempts net SEND Failed.

How do you troubleshoot these issues?

If you send the message without the image, does it go through? What about sending to a different address? Do you get any specific error message when sending?

Thanks for the Reply. 67 minutes AFTER being Sent the Email JUST showed-up.
No way to troubleshoot an apparently too crowded system.

Oh, yeah, in that case it was the server. Which means that most likely you'll be barraged by all the 'failed' e-mails you sent before haha.

Just a follow-up... With Share jpg I continue to get nothing but Send Failed, yet x hours or next day they show up -

Inst'd Yahoo Mail app from Play Store; Deleted MS Exchg Svr Setup for Hotmail and Inst'd Outlook App fr Play-Store (Hotmail address setup) and Send Failed disappeared for Both. It's like logging into Web site from desktop although (ie) in Outlook the Favorites Button is Grayed out and the explanation requires an astro-physics degree.
