I tried the OTA and it downloads but it just boots into the triangle with an exclamation point.
So I downloaded the file and tried to update manually but I get
Assert failed: getprop ("ro.product.device") == "wingray"
getprop ("ro.build.product") == "wingray"
E:error in /sdcard/__filename__.zip
(Status 7)
Installiation aborted.
I tried three different downloads and unrooted each time. I'm on 4.0.4

You better off doing the "Google services framework" trick (going into settings--apps--all and clearing data, then checking for an update). The roll out has begun so it's just a matter of time now.

I have done that too and that is when it reboots to a triangle with an exclamation point. I also unrooted and unfroze apps when I tried that with no luck.

I had a similar problem with a manual update via USB OTG cable and flash drive. So I then did a factory reset and I got the update OTA and it worked great.
