AC Question

I have a Samsung grand prime that i tried to root with kingroot.
after rooting i went to bed, woke up to a yellow triangle on my screen. When i tried to reboot i get the same thing with the words,
shut down and go to att store.I tried recovery mode with no luck.
Is there a way to fix this without going to a att store?
I use linux on my laptop so if there is a program that will work
please let me know

Unfortunately rooting isn't for everyone. You have to go back to the instructions you used and re check everything to make sure it works.
There should be something about how to fix errors like this.
Anyway, I'll pass this to the rest of the team, some of them know more about rooting than I do.

You've pretty much screwed your device. AT&T devices have a locked boot loader. You should have researched this thoroughly. Smart Switch does not work on AT&T devices. Neither does Odin as no Firmware is available. You need to go to AT&T to resolve it and if rooting resulted in Knox being tripped you will have invalidated your warranty!
