Trigger low power mode at set level?

Is there a setting where I can tell the phone to go into a low power mode at a chosen battery level?

i have never seen a setting on the phone. But I believe battery doctor is What you want. It will do that. I had Go battery power saver a long time ago which was great, but I believe that requires GoEX LAUNCHER too.
