Trouble connecting CS918 Mulitmedia Player to internet

I have a CS918 Multimedia Player. I have connected it to my TV and the main menu appears on the screen. It recognizes my router and it says "authenticated and secured". However, when I try to connect to the internet entering the web address for Google for example, it says it's unavailable. In other words, I can't access the internet. Can anyone help?
