Trouble connecting with USB

First of all, my wife and I have the same phones, both infuse, bought the same day. I can connect her's to computer via usb and computer immediately will recognize it as an additional drive, including the sd card as another. I am able to do anything I want with it (with or without debugging enabled). So drivers and everything else is ok. When I plug mine in, (same cable, same port), it only charges and does not even acknowledge it is there, even in device manager, not there, with or without debugging enabled). I have disabled my Lookout and AVG. Any suggestions on changing any of the setting on the phone that I could have tinkered with and not realized it? I update mine regularly over the air, but she does not. Would that make a difference also? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Once the usb cable is in, there are 3 selections on the phone:
Kies (firmware update)
Media player
Mass storage

Touch "Mass storage" and you will get the USB connected screen and the green android.
Touch "Connect USB storage" and the android turns to orange. Don't touch the "turn off" button. Now you are paired with the computer.

I tried that also, without any luck. The phone says it is connected, but computer says different.
It doesn't even recognize the phone as being connected, minus the charging. One phone works as it should. The other, nothing. But thanks for trying.

Sounds like an issue with the USB port on the phone. Try it with the same cord on a different computer.

Tried with different computer, same results. I may have to take it back to ATT. I was just thinking I may have turned something off without realizing it.

Took it to ATT store and told them my problem. They didn't even offer suggestions. They did give me a card for ATT customer service and told me to ask for tech support. I called them, and after two hours of no success, they told me to do a master reset on the phone. Anyone else have any suggestions before I take that pluge? Just updated the wifes to GB by the way.

I would do the master reset but back up what I needed first. It worked for me.

Yeah, tried with and wthout usb debugging enabled. For some reason, the computer just doesn't see it.
