Trouble downloading updates

In the play store I had updates for Google maps and adobe flash. I tried to download the updates and got errors.

After that these two apps no longer appear in the installed list. But both function and when I search for them in the store they are marked as installed.

When I try to update through a market search it says, "this update with be available soon" and it says starting download, but nothing happens.

Any ideas? I am nervous to uninstall because I am afraid I won't be able to redownload.

I had a problem also with Adobe Flash and the Google Maps & Street View. Got an error message # 941. Went into Settings, Applications, Manage Applications,All,Google Play Store and clicked Clear Data. When I went to Google Play again it opened a new Play and the notice for those updates was gone and all was working again.

try clearing data for the store or even reverting back a version. When you restart the app it will prompt you to log in or download the new version of market / store and usually that makes it reset all teh app data cleanly
