Trouble flashing roms after using sinister

So I flashed to sinister rl8 or what ever its called and I used rom manager to do it. So I tried to download their rom add on soo the wifi would work and it wouldn't download, the I tried to restore my stock rom and it says I have to force close it and it out won't boot into clock work either, how can I finish dl tge add on or go back to stock

Pull the battery, put the battery back in and boot into recovery by holding down the volume and power button at the same time. You will then select recovery and boot into recovery, in recovery wipe data, cache, dalvik cache. After you wipe select backup and restore>restore>select stock>yes to restore.......
