Sorry if this is a common question but I am new at Android Auto and I am having a problem with google maps navigation. I have used it a number of times and it works beautifully. I say an address and it loads a route very fast and is accurate and spot on with vocal directions. I have done this for trips up to about two hours in length.
My problem is that I am about to take a trip of about 9 hours in length. I have even programed it into my phone but I cannot find it on the android auto screen. When I give the address vocally it finds the address but when I try to navigate to the address it begins the process, telling me that it is loading the route, but after a few moments it stops and tells me that google cannot connect. Am I doing something wrong or is this a common problem? Also, is there some way that I can access the location and route that I have saved on my phone?
