Trouble with Amazon Instant Video

Even with a great connection, Amazon Instant Video does not work on my Transformer Prime. My internet seems to have a great connection, but amazon stalls every 2 minutes or so and sometimes the video drops (audio continues). I have very few issues with xfinity and hbogo. Is this a device issue or is Amazon just not bothering to be compatible?

Next time you experience an issue, try streaming something else. It could be a WiFi issue, as, we all know the Prime has plenty of those.

You mean through something other than Amazon, I assume? I have tried streaming XFinity and that worked perfectly fine.

Well, you can try the standard stuff, cache/data clear, uninstall reinstall, etc. But, if nothing works, call Amazon and complain.
