trouble with fb

So it seems that when I try to go into my Facebook through the app of web it works real real slow. Thought it was the phone but I go to other websites and they pop up instantly. So what gives

My Facebook is real slow now too. Don't know why. If I switch to 3g it is better. Wat up with that?

I see the same thing here, WiFi is fast, most of the time....

I have the same problem FB is very slow in responding, sometimes I just shut it off after waiting for it to respond

I noticed the same problem starting yesterday afternoon. I tried clearing the app data, and even removed the app and reinstalled it, and it is still loading really slow, if it loads at all. I do not feel it is related to the update as this started a day before I did the OTA update.

Yea even before the update it was still running slow is there anyone that there Facebook is running fast on the app or on the browser?

FB is a terrible app, regardless of phone. Especially when you try to go to a link/shared page.

I've noticed the slowdown on the app, too. I just added Facebook to the social networking widget to save time and hassle. Works well enough.

Uh, we are not discussing the general poor quality of the FB app. We all know it and are well familiar with it. We are discussing an acute issue that is sever enough that it is distinctly noticeable.

Moving forward, I also added to the social feeds thing built in, seems to load better, and neither my iPad nor my Kendle Fire are having any issues.

its been like that on my galaxy nexus for the past 2 days its a facebook thing not phone related...

It's facebook. I have the same issue and sometimes it just doesn't load. But phone works just fine.

Seems like the app works good now and quick as before
