I'm having problem with Kies for backup up my S4. This is the first time I'm getting that king of trouble.
Please note that I'm on the latest firmware and Kies 3 software.
When saving it says I don't have any Contacts on my phone.
Also when arriving at Call Log, it stays at 0% forever. I wiped Call Log on the S4, didn't work
When I uncheck Call Log, it will stay at 0% on Files. I uncheck Files, stays at 0% on Photos.
I uninstalled Kies, same problem.
Anybody can help me?
