Trouble with system

[Android Central Question]

I have a motorcycle E5 7.1 but Google says I have pixel. I can't access Google like I use to. I want to use all the factory installed apps again. I did a factory reset last week but phone is crashing and doing weird stuff. I try to clear data as much as possible. I would like to have one app like for photos and I have you tube and Google play music but I only want one app so I can not use souch data. phone is using data like carzy

Welcome to Android Central! Where do you see the phone listed as a Pixel? What do you mean by not being able to access Google like you used to?
