Troubleshoot GPS

[AC Question]

Hi,

Apps that require GPS, such as GPS status, endlessly search for sensors. The app just mentioned reports that:
- A GPS sensor is available
- fails to show latitude/longitude

Yet, Location services has GPS satellite enabled. Also, taking the device and away from buildings/trees makes no difference.

This device is a Z992 a.k.a ZTE Avail 2 without a phone/data plan.

Please help resolve this issue.
