Troubleshoot the Samsung 2

My Samsung 2 battery is draining fast and it's very hot. Took it to a Sprint store...they tested the battery, battery is good and so it the port. They said I needed a new cable...but that did not work. Can you tell what may be causing this?

Although I don't know what a "Samsung 2" is, if the issue isn't the battery, it must be something running on the phone. At the end of a day, go to your battery settings and check which program takes up your battery the most. Uninstall that buggy program and you should be set.

Do it before the battery is entirely drained or the statistics would be lost.
