Troubleshooting Bluetooth connection

[AC Question]

I have a Dell 6420 64-bit laptop running Windows 7 Professional and a Verizon Galaxy S 4. The two machines are paired, but the laptop says that a driver is missing. I can't find a driver for this. Thanks!
