Truly hide pix.....???

Does anyone really know how to hide pix? I have root explorer....so i can move and make different folders and hide that way....but this pic seems to remain in the ALL PICTURES folder.....does anyone know how to disable this??? PIA!! lol

^^^This. My nieces and nephews use my phone to play games and they don't need to stumble across some of the "things" in my gallery, so this is a lifesaver! :-[

Placing a period in front of the name of the folder also keeps it out of the gallery.

I would LOVE to get photovault but the very name is pretty stupid if you ask me. You are automatically telling anyone that looks at your phone that you have some pics you dont want people to see. There was an App for iPhone that I miss. The app was PhotoSafe but they named the icon PS. Thats how it should be done.

I use Audio Manager. It's FREE, hides more than pics, and looks like a regular audio controller for your sounds but does more. Hehe

I've used an app called "Pandora" since i had my droid1. password protected and does videos too.

Just pu them in a folder and add a file named:

.Nomedia

The gallery will ignore this folder in any scans....

You can view the pics thru astro file manager with the setting "view hidden files" checked.

not an entire folder....i can move pix to a folder and then hide THAT folder...the pic for some reason REMAINS in the "all photos" album....weird! annoying!

If you open the pic, long press, then choose details, it will show you the location of the picture.
