trusted face not on my at&t galaxy s5

Bit late to the party and have been wondering this for a while, I've owned two galaxy s5s from at&t due to one breaking and neither have seen the trusted face smartlock option. All others are there including trusted places, voice, devices, and on body detection. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue or if it's a carrier thing or what but input would be nice.
