I did this, and it didn't work. When I called them I was told to keep it and the reason why is because it has my name printed on the back. Thanks Moto.

Anyone else attempt to return the phone yet?

I have an unlocked variant/T-Mobile 16gb Bamboo back, white front, gold accent. It's a nice phone and all but I wouldn't keep it if I had to pay $465 (w/ tax). Though the spec on this phone isn't all that great, the phone is still pretty smooth. The things that disappoint me is the camera, but that's expected from all the reviews I've seen. Some apps are a bit sluggish compared to iOS but doubt it's the phone's fault.

I'll have the phone for exactly one week on Tuesday also. The battery life isn't as great as I thought it would be, though it could get better after using it longer, not sure. Price is keeping me away from keeping this phone.

I can't believe that! I almost had custom engraving on back of mine but figured it'd be a waste since I knew I was sending it back!! arrrrggggghhhhhh!!!! lol
