Trying to Add my Amex

I keep trying to set up my personal Amex platinum card and my business Gold card and none of them are able to be added. I was able to add a Citi card though. Anyone having issues with AMEX or know how to get it to work?

I added both of my Amex cards but when tried to add my wife's cards (same accounts but different card numbers) I had the registration failed error, when I called I was told that there was some Fraud protection warning on their systems with my wife's cards, after they cleared that both cards were added without issues.

gs5 Verizon added all 3 of my amex cards. no issues .

I had the same problem you need to call Amex and have them unblock your card. The people that can help you are only available from 9-5 pacific time or so I was told when I called in.

Has anyone tried with the Bluebird AmEx card yet? I had an issue with mine yesterday was gonna call Bluebird since they are Am Ex if they are supported. It's a prepay debit card through Walmart

Just checking the site to see if it was updated with new cards (nope) and it looks like Amx debit is not supported. Just says credit cards.

"American Express U.S. Consumer or Small Business credit or charge Cards, and certain American Express Corporate Cards."

Wal-Mart will never allow blue bird to work. They hate all mobile payments except CurrentC, which probably will never launch.

Serve might eventually work, but it's doubtful, since it still doesn't work on Apple Pay.

I received my Amex Blue card today. Activated it. Put it on Samsung Pay with no problem. Dying to use it, so I went down to the local liquor store to use it and........... no problem! Worked like a charm. Can't wait until the weekend to really put it to the test.
