Trying to change ringtone

I'm trying to change the ringtone on my droid ultra . I go to settings , then sound. When I hit sound, the google page keeps coming up. I cannot access the ringtone choice page. Any suggestions?

What Google page are you talking about? Can you take a screenshot? (Power +Volume Down)

In the application (in other words, bring up the phone app), select settings and phone ringtones. In other apps such as mail or messaging, select notifications. You don't change it from the top menu - each app has it's own notifications and ringtones.

This is what you should be getting when you click "sound." But you say you're getting a google page? Not sure what you mean, can you describe more or post screenshot as Eclipse2K asked?

I'm guessing that there's a wrong opting being selected. Follow the suggestions mentioned above and let us know how things go.
