Trying to downgrade Pixel from 8.1 to 8.0 Oreo.

I have tried to reboot bootloader and unlock my pixel running on oreo 8.1. My windows 10 machine shows that it's waiting for any device. I have waited for long still not working. Is any wrong on the procedure? Kindly help!

Is this due to an app compatibility issue?

Is the Pixel a Verizon model? If so, you can't unlock the bootloader.

With my 6P I had some instances where I had to reboot a couple times to get the phone to show in ADB on my Mac.
