Trying to fix my Samsung tab 3, GT P-5220 with TWRP..

I got this tablet (GT P-5220) from my mother-in-law, who's youngest child has rooted (or tried to) the system.
Now I'm trying to get some working system on this thing, but it seems to be quite hard.
Tablet has TWRP on it, nothing else. I have tried to use Odin, but my computer doesnt recognize the tables, since it has no android in it?

What to do? Can I install some system, like ubuntu in PC-world into this tablet? Or just get the stock android back..?

Please, help me!!
