Trying to move my apps on my Galaxy 7 to my SD

Samsung support AS USUAL were not helpful at all. They had me do a app reset. Still not working
Any advice? its taking forever. A 29mb and its been twenty minutes and still nothing

Can you give more details? Are you saying that you went to the App Manager, selected an app, tapped Move to SD, and nothing has happened for 20 minutes?
