Trying to update Galaxy C9 Pro, but failed

I have received an update on my phone Galaxy C9 Pro, but any time attempted to install the update, it only goes to 25% and then phone restarts and says that the update fails and it says "Please visit Samsung Service Center".

Welcome to the forums. Have you modified the device, as in rooted it?

I have the same problem , update stops at 25% and then Error on c9 pro . Never modified annything on my phone.
