Mine doesn't have a choice for 4G or 3G or 2G, but it does for internet-connectivity (Packet data).

Yeah, had a slight problem with the battery life on my phone, but ever since I downloaded Juice Defender, my battery life has gotten better.

I live in the south suburbs of Chicago so I'm in a 4g area. At the end of a 17 hour day I'm usually at 35-40 battery left. My 4g speeds average 1.2mb up and 6-8mb download. At 8mb its very fast.

i finally found an old app i had on my captivate that allowed me to drop from 3g to EDGE if anyone's interested: SamServMode for Android | AppBrain.com

works on the S2, too, and allows you to change many settings that the regular menu doesn't offer.

Yes, I know. I was confirming that.


And I was saying that in a regular menu, you can choose to turn off ALL data instead of 4G/3G/2G. And I was saying that mine doesn't have the 4G/3G/2G option because I'm not running that custom ROM.
