Turbo vs Maxx charging speed

I charged my Turbo and Maxx with their respective chargers for 15 minutes to get that you know, 8 hours worth of charge.

The Turbo went from 62 to 77%, about 1% per minute.

The Maxx went from 33 to 38 percent. About 1% every 3 minutes.

15% might be 8 hours worth of charge if the phone is sitting idle, but obviously not if I'm actually using the thing. It is at least three times the speed of the Maxx though which is nice. The temperature differences are interesting too - 80 (Maxx) and 93 (Turbo)

The 8 hours claim is based on charging from almost empty. That's when it's actually Turbo charging.

So I guess I need to beat my phone down to some super low % and then try the test again. What speed am I supposed to get then?

If you can beat it down with a tree branch to like 3-10% then you hopefully will be amazed at how quickly it heals :)

I will often have a seizure if my phone gets anywhere near 10% (or 20 or 30), but I will take some meds and try not to look at the numbers until I'm ready to plug it in. I'll see if I can beat it down tomorrow at work and try again tomorrow night

Don't let your coworkers see you going to town... And be sure to have an ambulance standing by for yourself.

I actually work in the ER so I'll be in pretty good shape. We have lots of good drugs there to solve these problems.
