Turkish language help

Hi. I have alcatel 5010D smartphone. There was a turkish system language. I don't know what is happened or whoelse did this but language of the system changed to the russian and turkish isn't on the list. How can I add turkish language and change to it? in the list of languages turkish language is no there.
