Turn off 4g ATT

Does anyone know how to turn off 4g on a ATT galaxy s3? I tried to google but all I found was a walkthrough for verizon.

You can't. 3G and 4g use the same antenna on AT&T.

On sprint and Verizon, there's a separate radio (worse I assume)
