Turn off/on cell/wifi/BT radios

Is there an easy way to turn off/on the different wireless radios on the Captivate (or Android devices)?

I'm trying to force my Captivate to connect to my MicroCell.

On my BB I have connections and can easily toggle the radios on and off (cell, wifi, and BT). Does Android have anything similar?

I use a free app called Quick Settings from the Market for toggles - you can get to it by a shortcut on your homescreen or by holding the search key on your phone.
